One Last Thought…

End Your Day With a Little More Clarity

Your day may be over, but your mind isn't always ready to call it a night.

There are conversations to replay, things you wish you'd done differently, moments you don't want to forget, and thoughts about tomorrow already competing for your attention.

One Last Thought...: A Nightly Journal was created to give all of that somewhere to go.

Designed as a simple end-of-day practice, this guided journal invites you to spend a few intentional minutes checking in with yourself—not to analyze every detail of your day or add another task to your routine, but to notice what mattered.

Created by therapist, educator, and writer Dr. Colleen Mullen, One Last Thought... combines thoughtful reflection prompts, mood and habit tracking, space for your own thoughts, and creative coloring pages to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself before the day ends.

There is no perfect way to journal here.

Write a paragraph or write a sentence. Color for a while. Notice a pattern. Celebrate something that went well. Acknowledge something that didn't. Put down the thought you've been carrying around all day.

Some nights may bring insight. Others may simply give your busy mind a place to land.

Over time, those few minutes of reflection can help you recognize patterns, appreciate progress that might otherwise go unnoticed, understand yourself a little better, and become more intentional about where you want to go next.

One Last Thought... isn't about ending every day perfectly.

It's about ending it consciously.

Because sometimes the thought you take a moment to notice tonight can bring a little more clarity to tomorrow.

End each day with reflection. Wake with greater clarity.
