From Chaos to Clarity: Why I’m Rebranding for the Next Chapter
Since 2007, Coaching Through Chaos has been my digital home—a space where I’ve shared insights on therapy, relationships, and personal growth. It’s been a journey of helping individuals navigate life’s complexities.
But as I’ve grown, so has my vision. Today, I’m excited to share a new chapter: a reimagined brand that speaks to ambitious women ready to lead with authenticity in both love and work.
Why the Change?
Over the years, my practice has naturally evolved. I began my career helping kids in the foster care system, then grew to do therapy with adults, both individually and as couples who wanted to make certain changes in their lives, or improve their relationships. The clients that sought out my services were professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, self-employed, and creative types. I found I really loved helping my female clients work through the things that held them back in order to see themselves more aligned with who they wanted to be and to fit into their world in a more empowered way. I also loved helping my clients have more fulfilling love lives and relationships.
A passion grew for working with women who were driven and ambitious. The women who would would seek me out were the type that looked like they had it all together on the outside, but would feel like they were falling apart or imploding on the inside. They might have reached some height of success, but couldn’t seem to find the same success in their love life. Sometimes, they were battling their inner imposter- the voice that tells them they don’t deserve their success, or that they could lose it at any second. Other times, my clients would feel like they needed a professional change, their career was stalled, or they were at a point of burnout. Truth be told, I have a passion for them because I was them.
Although these women looked different and were from different cultures, they did have 1 thing in common. It was that they had the voice of their critical mother living in their mind. This voice in their mind, left them questioning their judgment, over-extending themselves for others, shutting their own voice down, and lacking the confidence to say they deserved better. These women sought not just healing, but empowerment. They grew. They discovered a new sense of who they were. They made the changes they wanted to make. They got raises & promotions without compromising their values, they found love, and they evicted the critical mother from their mind. I personally know how freeing it can be to shut down the critical mother in our mind, but to help other women learn how to do that has inspired me in my own growth.
As my passion grew for working with these women, I started tailoring my work to them. I published “The 60-Day Plan for Embracing Your Inner Leader” in 2018, “My Mindful Reflections: A Daily Journal for Better Mental Health” in 2022, and “Love Unboxed: The Podcast for the Hopeful Romantic” in 2024. I’m now at the point where I feel this shift in my professional focus calls for a brand that encapsulates this focus. Coaching Through Chaos served its purpose, but I felt it was time for a change of branding to mirror the clarity and confidence my clients aspire to achieve.
Embracing the New Identity
The new brand is more than a name change; it’s a reflection of a refined mission: to guide women in embracing their inner leaders and foster growth in both their personal and professional lives.

Expanded Services: Beyond therapy, I now offer leadership consulting, relationship and dating workshops, and resources tailored to the needs of women and couples.
Engaging Content: Blogs, podcasts, books, webinars, and newsletters that delve into topics like authentic leadership, healthy relationships, work-life integration, and personal development.

While the brand evolves, my core values remain steadfast:
